I had so many requests for this recipe after posting a picture of one that I decided to go ahead & share it with you all on my blog!
I regretably dont have any pictures of the process - so you will have to settle for pictures of how delicous the finished product looks!
This is a super fast, delicious and suprisingly nutritious recipe that (provided you use a vegan chocolate) is 100% Gluten Free & Vegan, which makes snacking on them non-stop that much easier - - not that it's a struggle at all - These things are seriously amazing!

What You'll Need:
- Arbonne Vanilla Protein Powder
- Peanut Butter - I reccomend using one that is all natural - I used 'NATUR' Crunchy Peanut Butter
- Chocolate of choice - obviously you must choose a Vegan chocolate if you wish your treats to be such - I reccomend using dark chocolate!
- Mixing Bowl
- Cookie Sheet
- Parchment Paper
- Stove Top / Microwave
- Freezer
- Tooth Pick(s)
Mix equal parts Peanut Butter & Arbonne Vanilla Protein Powder (I used 1/2 cup of each) in a large mixing bowl and shape into small 1/2-1 table spoon sized balls
Once completed place in freezer to chill/set while we begin melting down our chocolate!
There are a few options for how you can melt down our chocolate - I recomend using a double boiler method - its actually super simple - fill a large pot half full of water & bring to a rolling boil .Place a stainless steal bowl over top - reduce heat to minimum & place your chocolate inside for a safe & burn proof melt!
You can also use the Microwave - but you can run the risk of burning your cholate if it doesn't heat evenly / is heated too quickly - If you do use this method, I recomend 30-40seconds at a time, stopping in between to check & ensure it is melting evenly!
If you are using the double boiler method you can actually - very carfuly - dip the peanut butter protein balls into the chocolate while it remains on the stove using a tooth pick - this will keep your chocolate melty (in case you haven't picked up on it yet I like to make up my own dicriptive words) the whole time preventing you from having to stop & reheat your chocolate if it starts to harden.
Once all have been dipped - at least once ;) - place them back in the freezer to set!
Store in Fridge or Freezer & Enjoy!
